Explain Law Launch expected in end of October

We are anticipating the launch of the new ExplainLaw.com in late October, 2008. We were targeting the July 4th holiday as it would be a great way to celebrate both the Independence and the launch of the site, however, due to some unexpected delays we hope to launch by the end of October.
